Return and exchange policies on shipped items
We will gladly refund your money on any returned merchandise that is in it's original condition, unused and unworn. Tags must accompany the item. You can also exchange if you prefer. Returned items must be post marked no more than 14 days from the original ship date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and there will be additional shipping charges for exchanged items. All sales are final on furniture, custom made items and special order items, as well as discounted and sale merchandise. Custom made items
50% of the total price must be paid up front on all custom made items including, but not limited to murals, painting, furniture and catalog ordered items. The balance is due upon completion. All sales are final on custom ordered items, provided they are made to the manufacturer's specifications. Murals and paintings are guaranteed for 10 years. This guarantee includes normal use. This does not include any damage to the work by the buyer.
Privacy Policy
Our customer's privacy is just as important to us as it is to you. All personal information, including credit card information, will be used only by Kustum Kribs for the sole purpose of completing the customer's purchase. Your information will never be seen by anyone else or shared with any one else for any purpose. All credit card transactions are protected through McAfee Security. All transactions are sent directly to Kustum Kribs for processing.
Shipping
If you're like us, when you order something on line you get really excited and want to receive it as quickly as possible. We will do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. Most of our shipments will come to you via FedEx Ground. Most in stock items will ship within two business days unless otherwise noted. If the item you purchased is not in stock, a member from Kustum Kribs will contact you the next day to let you know. Your credit card will not be charged on any order until the item has been shipped. A deposit will be required on some furniture and custom made items such as hand painted growth charts.
Shipping costs are as follows:
$7 shipping on all orders up to $49.
$10 shipping on all orders $50-$99.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $100 or more.
Next day and two day shipping is also available if you need it in a hurry. Please contact us at 847-825-KRIB (5742) if your order requires expedited shipping services.
